Should I delete my last post?

The pediatric oncologist that I went to last week called me yesterday morning as I was just about to pick up my first student of the day. The tumor board met to review my case (oops I forgot about it) and decided I should have the second surgery. I didnt expect the news to really effect me as I have heard it all before, but as I hung up the phone and tried to begin my day it all sunk in. I called my surgeon and luckily got an appointment for this Wednesday. I feel like every time I think I accept one option I get another opinion thrown at me. This officially makes it two hospitals that say to have the surgery. I would go for more opinions, but I dont see a point. They are all going to tell me it is ultimately my decision. Dont get me wrong I am grateful that I have the option, but I need more direction. The reason why I am taking this opinion much more to heart is because the whole tumor board discussed it. That is a team of oncologists, pathologists, surgeons, ect ect. I like the team approach because it means they are looking at this from every angle. I honestly want the surgery done ASAP, so I dont have to think about it anymore. This journey to a possible second surgery has been going on for over five months. I am sick of trying to figure out what to do. I have been on an emotional roller coaster for too long. I havent really told anyone because everyone must be sick of hearing me say "I am having another surgery" "Oh no now I am not having one" back and forth. Hopefully on Wednesday I will have a real game plan.
