Life with a BT and OTHER Medical Issues

Since I was a teenager I was plagued with odd/unnamed medical issues.  Many can now be attributed to the growing brain tumor, but some cannot.  I have been dealing with stomach issues for the past year off and on.  It has become chronic upper stomach burning/pain for the past 3 months or so.  I dragged my feet to a GI.  He did testing which ruled everything out, but no real dx.  He has given me a slew of medications, but none have done a thing for the pain and one had severe side effects.  Like all my other medical problems I am tempted to stop all medications and stop following up with the GI.  What is the point?  He is blindly medicating me.  I will try this last medication regiment and see him in one month, but then I am done.  I rather deal with the pain then being a guinea pig.  Plus I have too many other doctor appointments, I cannot find time to see another one regularly.
Okay I got all that built of anger and frustration out (sorry for the vent).  I am ready to move on with my life, but I am always thrown a curve ball.  I am too young to feel this old.  I feel like it is always something with this body.  I am grateful that everything serious has been ruled out, but this frustration is taking over.  I can see how people make the choice to stop all modern medicine and try natural remedies.  Because of my seizure medications I am fearful of trying many herbs.  It is time that I get myself back in order.  I have been working a lot of hours, so I am falling into bad routines.  I need to get myself back into exercises and eating whole food.  I need to get into a routine, which is so hard with an ever changing schedule.  I have to take care of myself better.  It is something no doctor can do for me.
