Scan-xiety

I have been dealing with scan-anxiety for months now. Usually it creeps up 1-2 weeks before an MRI, but this time it has been much worse. I know a big part of it is that this is my first time going this long without a scan. But I was starting to deal with it until all these strange things started popping up. My memory loss has been remarkably worse since March. I am trying to shrug it off as being my new medication, but I still worry. I also started sleepwalking again two weeks ago. I only did this the months before I got diagnosed. I blamed taking Melatonin back then, but I do not take it anymore. I am purposely not calling my doctor to bring up each of these concerns because I am trying to remain calm. It may seem foolish to not call my doctor, but I know I have the MRI in just a few days. There is really no harm in waiting a few months after "symptoms" arise to get an MRI. Even the tumor was growing, in all honesty, treatment has never been so urgent that I could not wait that long. I think deep inside I know the probability that Timmy is growing over the past 6 months is unlikely (yet not impossible). I need to prove to myself that I can go 6 months between scans without being an alarmist. 6 days until scan day- I can do this!!
